We started in Cherkasy with farm machinery and grew into vehicles because our customers asked us to look after their trucks too.

Before the season, not during it

A broken sprayer in May costs more than any repair bill. We schedule pre-season inspections from January so your equipment is ready when the ground is.

You send the list of machines and their hours.
Our technicians inspect on your site or in our workshop.
You receive a written report with parts and costs.
We repair, test and return the machine with a service record.

Alongside equipment, LNZ TECH acts as an agent in the wholesale trade of food products and beverages, connecting agricultural producers with distributors. It is a natural extension of our work with farms across central Ukraine.

Vehicles

We sell passenger cars and light vehicles as well as trucks, vans and specialised vehicles. Every vehicle passes a 60-point inspection in our workshop before handover, and you receive the report with the keys.

Trade-in is available for vehicles and farm machinery. Tell us the model, year and condition and we will give an estimate within two working days.

Parts supply

We keep common wear parts in stock and order the rest from verified suppliers. Wholesale pricing is available for service centres and fleets; retail customers can order at the counter or by phone.

To order, send us the VIN or machine serial number and the part description. We confirm availability and price the same day.

We diagnose and send you an estimate before any work begins.
You approve the estimate; parts are reserved from stock or ordered.
Repair, road or field test, and handover with a written record.

About LNZ TECH

A Cherkasy company working with machines for farms and roads.

LNZ TECH LLC is a Ukrainian company registered in Cherkasy. We combine equipment sales, vehicle trade and technical service so that customers deal with one team for the whole life of a machine.

Our technicians work on both road vehicles and agricultural machinery, which matters for farms that run a mixed fleet. Our trading arm connects producers with food and beverage distributors.

We keep paperwork straightforward: written estimates, written reports, and invoices that match both.

This Privacy Policy explains how LNZ TECH LLC ("LNZ TECH", "we", "us"), registered at 251 Khreshchatyk St., Cherkasy, 18002, Ukraine, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, buy equipment or vehicles from us, order parts, or leave a vehicle or machine with our workshop. We process personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

LNZ TECH LLC is the controller of your personal data. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@lnztechllc.xyz or by post to our registered address, marked "Attention: Director, Serhii Isaiev".

2. What we collect

Because our work involves machines that are tied to their owners, we collect more than a typical shop. Depending on how you deal with us, we may process:

Contact details: name, phone number, email address, company name and position.
Vehicle and machine data: VIN or serial number, registration plate, make, model, year, engine hours or mileage, and the fault you describe.
Service records: diagnostic results, work performed, parts fitted, estimates you approved and technician notes.
Transaction data: invoices, payment details required for accounting, delivery addresses for parts and equipment, and trade-in information.
Registration data: where you ask us to help with vehicle registration, the identity and ownership documents required by law for that procedure.
On-site visit data: the address and access instructions for a farm or site where our technicians repair equipment.
Website data: information you enter in forms and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

3. Why we use it

To give you quotes, sell equipment and vehicles, and perform the contracts we sign with you.
To diagnose, repair and maintain your vehicle or machine, and to keep a service history that supports warranty claims.
To identify the correct parts for your machine using its VIN or serial number.
To remind you of scheduled or pre-season maintenance, if you have agreed to receive such reminders.
To meet accounting, tax and vehicle registration obligations under Ukrainian law.
To handle trade agency work with food and beverage producers and distributors, where we process the business contact data of their representatives.

Our legal grounds are the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running a safe and accountable workshop, and your consent where we ask for it (for example, for service reminders).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:

Manufacturers and authorised importers, for warranty claims and recall checks on your machine.
Parts suppliers, limited to the machine identifiers needed to supply the correct part.
Carriers delivering parts or equipment to your address.
Banks, leasing companies and insurers, when you finance or insure a purchase through them.
State authorities, including the service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for vehicle registration and tax authorities, where the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Service records are kept for the life of our relationship with the machine and for at least five years after the last visit, so we can support warranty and safety questions. Accounting documents are kept for the periods set by Ukrainian tax law. Enquiries that did not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months.

6. When you sell your vehicle or machine

A service history belongs to the machine as much as to its owner. If you sell a vehicle or machine we have serviced, you can ask us to remove your personal contact details from its record while keeping the technical history, or to transfer the history to the new owner with your written consent.

7. Security

Workshop records are stored in an access-controlled system available only to staff who need them. Paper documents such as signed estimates are kept in a locked archive. Keys and vehicle documents left with us are logged on intake and on return.

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct inaccurate data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to ask for deletion where we are not legally required to keep the data. Send requests to admin@lnztechllc.xyz; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, and, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

This website uses only the technical storage required for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We will update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
